Annual Certification
Residents are required to annually update their contact information and complete a questionnaire which can be done through the Dashboard via the below link.
Failure to provide that information to the Board constitutes a violation of North Dakota Administrative Code section 50-02-13-07 which could lead to loss of the resident license.
