Renew or Reactivate a PA License
Renew
As of August 1, 2023, North Dakota Physician Assistant licenses expire every other year on Dec. 31. You can renew your physician assistant licensure beginning Oct. 1 of the year your license expires.
- The renewal fee is $100.00 plus a processing fee of $5.00
- You must verify your practice location on the renewal. Please be aware that you are required to inform our office of any employment change that falls outside of your current certification. You must ensure that the certification you provide to us with your renewal is current and matches your current employer.
Reactivation
Physicians Assistants can renew an expired license if it has been less than three years since the license expired. Renewal after three years will require completion of a new application.
You will be charged an arrearage fee of $50/year plus a processing fee of $5.00.
