The ND Administrative Code regarding Telemedicine is noted below under the Physician Licensure section (Chapter 50-02-15).
The Board is not authorized to issue advisory or legal opinions and therefore it is the responsiblity of the practitioner to determine whether they are practicing within the scope of the law.
